Right now, you can hide or show all sketches (or parts, surfaces, curves) from the right-click menu (when clicking on a sketch). What you can’t do is toggle visibility for multiple sketches (not all) at the same time.

Show all is used for showing all parts and mate connectors. It’s reverse function would be to select one (mate connector or part) and select ‘hide other (mate connector / part)’ then again RMB > hide (the last one).
